8As of December 17, 2018, you won't be able to send Call stickers through the Samsung Phone app, including sending stickers during calls and declining calls. (Service availability varies by region and/or operator.)

If you've purchased Call stickers through Galaxy apps, you can request compensation for your purchase before June 15, 2019.
To request compensation:
1. Open Galaxy Apps on your phone.
2. Tap More opti*, then tap Contact us.
3. Submit a request for compensation.
- For faster processing, include the order number in your request. Go to Galaxy Apps > More opti* > My Apps > Receipts to retrieve your order number.
